Lease Administration Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lease Administration Manager to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our corporate real estate team, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team of Lease Administrators and ensuring the smooth delivery of lease administration services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and contractual arrangements, ensuring all client-based key performance indicators (KPIs) are met and exceeded.
  • Ensure compliance with SOC1 standards and maintain up-to-date lease administration operations guides.
  • Drive organic growth and identify pricing opportunities on existing accounts.
  • Lead and coordinate successful transitions and major rental reconciliations with discrepancies or arrears.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of rent roll data and conduct AP vs AR reconciliations.
  • Provide timely responses to regional and global reporting requirements and implement recommended procedures.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and adequately staff the account.
  • Retain high-performing staff and implement succession plans for critical positions.
  • Manage and provide guidance to the Lease Administration team, creating a supportive learning environment.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for lease administration performance or information resolution.
  • Collaborate with account and internal stakeholders to enhance current systems, processes, and structures.
  • Ensure data integrity across systems and conduct regular data audits.
  • Train and coach new staff on applications, compliance, and lease administration processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years' experience in corporate real estate with good property and lease administration knowledge.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Property, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of property and lease administration.
  • Outstanding leadership skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with data management and ensuring compliance within tight timeframes.
  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
