Job Overview

We are seeking an expert to play a pivotal part in managing and enhancing key advice technology systems. This unique position requires a strong understanding of financial advice, key advice technology systems, and the implementation of best practice.

  • This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver system enhancements, and implement impactful change initiatives.
  • You will be responsible for developing comprehensive training programs, providing ongoing user support, and building dashboards to improve reporting capabilities and data insights.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and enhance key advice technology systems such as Salesforce, DocuSign, and Ezidox.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver system enhancements, and implement impactful change initiatives.
  • Develop comprehensive training programs, provide ongoing user support, and build dashboards to improve reporting capabilities and data insights.
