Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished professional to join our IPTech (Technology, Communications and Commercial) team in Sydney.

As a member of our team, you will work on complex technology and commercial matters, drafting technology contracts and agreements, and providing advice on the supply and procurement of goods or services in the digital, technology, telecommunications and media sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in complex technology and commercial work, preferably working within a similar large firm environment with a focus on larger, transactional deals;
  • Relevant experience in drafting technology contracts and agreements, and providing advice on the supply and procurement of goods or services in the digital, technology, telecommunications and media sectors.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in complex technology and commercial work, preferably working within a similar large firm environment with a focus on larger, transactional deals;
  • Strong technical, drafting and commercial skills;
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and research skills;
  • A commitment to high work standards and strong attention to detail;
  • An ability to demonstrate initiative and proactivity;
  • An ability to develop strong relationships with clients and to take responsibility for this relationship;
  • A willingness to learn;
  • Flexible and able to work well in a team environment (including across Australian offices and internationally).
