
Senior Hazardous Materials Consultant

This is an opportunity for a skilled Occupational Health and Safety professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys of commercial, industrial and residential facilities for hazardous building materials, preparing risk assessments and developing control strategies, and analysing building materials and soil samples.
We are seeking an individual with a strong background in health and safety, who is able to research scientific and engineering problems, compile and analyse information from various sources, and prepare clear, concise reports. A bachelor's degree in health and safety or a related field is required, as well as 1-2 years' experience in the industry.
The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of occupational hygiene, including the principles of assessment of workplace hazards, toxicological effects of chemicals, and relationship between working conditions and health. They will also possess highly developed report preparation, written and personal communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

- Conduct surveys of commercial, industrial and residential facilities for hazardous building materials

This is a full-time position, requiring a high level of commitment and attention to detail. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 per year, and opportunities for career advancement in a dynamic and growing company.
