Job Description

As a senior fashion designer, you will be responsible for driving the conception and development of all products in your brand by always driving innovation and creativity with a customer-centric focus.

You will lead the design direction and create captivating collections from start to finish. You will also maintain a close link with manufacturers to ensure seamless handover of developments and communicate regularly with the Design Team to ensure any critical design issues or developments are highlighted and resolved when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a junior designer/designer role. You will also need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong trend forecasting skills with a commercial eye for fashion, and the ability to time manage workload in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
