Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for coordinating all workshop maintenance activities to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

This role involves managing community and environmental compliance, as well as ensuring production and cost targets are met. You will also be responsible for coordinating all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and servicing of mobile equipment, ensuring that equipment is well maintained, clean and fit for purpose, and breakdowns are managed efficiently.

The successful candidate will have trade-qualified plant mechanic (heavy vehicle mobile equipment) or electrical trade qualifications, with at least 5 years' mining experience, including supervision of maintenance. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and JDE is desirable.

The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, build relationships with stakeholders, and demonstrate commitment and compliance to health and safety at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Trade Qualified Plant Mechanic (Heavy Vehicle Mobile Equipment) or Electrical Trade Qualifications
  • At least 5 years' mining experience with exposure to supervision of maintenance
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and JDE (desirable)
