Main Responsibilities
  • Assist with fleet management, rubbish removal, pool cleaning, building maintenance, grounds and garden works, lawn spraying, and pressure cleaning.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure the physical environment remains safe and well-maintained.
  • Document and report on maintenance tasks using our system.
  • Support maintenance staff as needed and assist with bus driving if licensed.
Essential Requirements
  • Experience in a maintenance role, ideally in aged care or retirement living.
  • Current First Aid Certificate, Police Check, and valid Driver's License.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Understanding of WHS requirements and commitment to safety and risk management.
