About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Work Health and Safety Business Partner to join our team at TEG, a global leader in Live Entertainment, Ticketing, and Technology. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees, contractors, and customers across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective WHS management systems to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular workplace audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate risks.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees and contractors on WHS policies and procedures.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses, and develop corrective action strategies to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including WorkSafe and insurance companies, to ensure compliance and manage claims.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to track WHS performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of WHS legislation and regulations, including the Work Health and Safety Act and Regulations.
  • Proven experience in WHS management, including risk assessment, audit, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, contractors, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions to WHS issues.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
