Job Title: Insurance Claims Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations into claims, gathering evidence and information as required.
  • Communicate with policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders regarding claim status and progress.

Requirements:

  • A background in insurance claims or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as claims management systems.
