Job Title: Front of House Supervisor

This role offers a working experience that differs from others. You will work in an environment where you can lead a team and provide a positive experience for the guests who are there to find their adventurous spirit, re-connect with others and learn more about themselves.

You will work closely to guide and inspire your team, with the support of the Front of House Manager. Together you will ensure guests are provided with a food and beverage service that reflects the highest standards of quality, friendly service and safety for your guests.

You understand that good leadership means working alongside your team and not directing from a distance. If you are very hands-on and active when it comes to leading staff and providing an outstanding food service, we want to hear from you

The Role Involves
  • Ensuring an excellent food experience to our diverse range of guests
  • Facilitating continuous improvement in customer service and experience
  • Providing work directives and leadership for Catering team
  • Facilitating the delivery of all specific dietary requirements, within operational parameters, whether they be allergies, intolerances, lifestyle choices or cultural requirements
  • Ensuring statutory responsibilities are met and effectively liaising with regulatory organisations, food and health professionals as required
What We Look For
  • Possess a Hospitality qualification
  • Skills and experience in leading teams to meet organisational requirements
  • Time management skills and the demonstrated ability to lead and work as part of a team under pressure in a highly time bound environment
  • Competency with Microsoft Office suite applications such as Word and Excel or hospitality systems
  • High level of written and verbal communication to effectively engage with stakeholders and employees of all levels of the organisation
  • Have own transport to workplace and punctuality for shifts
  • Possess a Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
