Job Title: Hospitality Team Member

We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Event Hospitality Staff to join our team at various events in the Illawarra region.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking food and beverage orders, and serving food and beverages with a smile. You will work closely with our team to deliver an outstanding event experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking food and beverage orders from customers.
  • Serving food and beverages promptly and with a positive attitude.
  • Providing excellent customer service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the event.
  • Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently (for Retail Cashier positions).
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of relevant experience in hospitality roles is required.
  • A happy disposition, well-presented appearance, and great communication skills are essential.
  • RSA certification is mandatory for all positions.
  • Availability to work on Saturdays is necessary.

Please note that this role is not suitable for individuals without prior hospitality experience due to its fast nature.
