About the Role

Civmec is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to support the delivery of a major construction contract for the Covalent Lithium Refinery Project in Kwinana. The successful candidate will provide direct support to the Logistics Superintendent to assist with coordination/management of all sub-contractors and suppliers for site maintenance and Plant & Equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage sub-contractors and suppliers for site maintenance and Plant & Equipment
  • Maintain Asset, Forecast and Utilisation Registers
  • Manage building maintenance sub-contractor for required maintenance and repairs
  • Coordinate water & septic services, site cleaners and supplies, and waste management services
  • Ensure site access requirements for all service personnel and P&E
  • Comply with all relevant regulations and requirements
About You

We require a candidate with a solid calibre, strong autonomy, and people management skills in major projects and in managing large pieces of P&E. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Years of experience in a similar role
  • Computer literacy across the Microsoft suite at an intermediate level
  • Developed interpersonal and people skills
  • Proactive work ethic
  • Knowledge and understanding of plant and equipment
  • Forklift ticket or ability to obtain ticket and demonstrate proficiency
  • Advanced excel skills and computerised inventory systems
