Logistics Manager for Major Construction Projects

Civmec, a renowned construction company, is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to support the delivery of its landmark Covalent Lithium Refinery Project in Kwinana. This project-based role will involve coordinating and managing sub-contractors and suppliers for site maintenance and plant equipment.

Job Overview

This role provides direct support to the Logistics Superintendent and requires strong autonomy and people management skills in major projects. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in a similar role and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining Asset, Forecast, and Utilisation Registers for plant equipment suppliers;
  • Coordinating building maintenance sub-contractors for required repairs and maintenance;
  • Managing site access requirements for service personnel and plant equipment;
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards;
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a solid track record in logistics management, preferably in the resources sector. Your skills and qualifications should include:

  • Experience in managing multiple laydown yards;
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Forklift ticket or ability to obtain one;
  • Advanced Excel skills and computerised inventory systems;
