Financial Service Operations Manager

Our organization seeks a skilled Revenue Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating the provision of financial services to ensure an efficient and effective client-focused revenue service.
The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of accounting policies, procedures, and practices. They must be able to demonstrate high-level skills in applying this knowledge, including interpreting legislative and policy requirements, performing reconciliations, and maintaining appropriate internal controls.
In addition, they should possess effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and consult with clients, staff, and external organizations. They must also be able to supervise a team, set realistic goals, and establish priorities to meet deadlines in a changing environment.
The successful candidate will participate in the development, implementation, review, and maintenance of up-to-date billing procedures and procedure manuals. They must also demonstrate knowledge of contemporary human resource management practices, including workplace health and safety, equal employment opportunity, anti-discrimination, and code of conduct.
- A sound understanding of or ability to quickly acquire a sound understanding of accounting policies, procedures, and practices.
- Demonstrated high-level skill and ability in applying this knowledge, including the ability to interpret legislative and policy requirements, perform reconciliations, and maintain appropriate internal controls.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate and consult with clients, staff, and external organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise a team, set realistic goals, and establish priorities to meet deadlines in a changing environment.
- Participation in the development, implementation, review, and maintenance of up-to-date billing procedures and procedure manuals.
- Vaccination against certain vaccine-preventable diseases as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16.
