Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Technical Account Manager to join our team in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution.

About the Role:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Conduct regular health checks, provide training and support, and develop best practices to ensure customer success.
  • Lead efforts to document and address customer feedback, ensuring it is adequately addressed by internal stakeholders.
  • Present customer must-have features and impactful issues to Product Leadership, driving resolution and alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as primary technical contact and augment customer support teams.
  2. Onboard new customers to the CrowdStrike platform, ensuring a seamless experience.
  3. Manage renewal risk, collaborating with sales executive teams to remediate and secure successful renewals and upsells.
  4. Conduct quarterly onsite briefings with customers and executive staff, showcasing value and progress.
  5. Participate in corporate mentorship programs, fostering growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or 10 years equivalent experience.
  • Industry recognized security certification.
  • Completed all required learning tracks.
  • Experience working with all supported operating systems.
  • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security, and cutting-edge infrastructures.
  • Network infrastructure experience.
  • Security Operations Center working knowledge experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to quickly establish technical credibility with customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
  • Experience working independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative attitude.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Commitment to customer success.
Salary Range:

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
