This is a key leadership role within our organization, responsible for shaping and delivering strategies that build awareness of participant rights, strengthen provider capability, and enhance our reputation as a trusted regulator.
Job Description:As Senior Executive - Communications, Engagement and Education, you will lead national communications, media, campaigns and engagement strategies with a focus on achieving measurable communication outcomes. You will also oversee NDIS provider and worker educational resources explaining their obligations under the NDIS Code of Conduct.
Key responsibilities include building strong, collaborative relationships with government agencies and the disability sector, ensuring all communications are inclusive and accessible, and identifying new digital opportunities and platforms to strengthen our communications and engagement approaches.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Extensive senior executive experience in communications, engagement, and/or education, ideally in a regulatory or human rights context.
- Outstanding leadership, strategic influence, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to the rights of people with disability and inclusive practice.
