Supply Chain Intelligence Analyst Role

Job Description:

We seek an experienced Supply Chain Intelligence Analyst to contribute to our organization's strategic decision-making processes. This role plays a vital part in providing data-driven insights to optimize our supply chain and platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and maintain reporting tools and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Provide timely and accurate insights to identify areas of cost savings, business opportunities, and efficiencies to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance data efficiency and provide analytical support.
  • Automate reporting processes to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Prepare and present business intelligence reports to various stakeholders.

About You:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a data analyst.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as an analyst or in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of leveraging data to drive business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in Power Pivot, Power Query, and Power BI, as well as ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Understanding of business operations, industry dynamics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify meaningful insights and recommend data-driven strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
