Role Overview

The Business Banking Product Specialist will play a key role in shaping the future of deposit accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product feature changes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk standards.
  • Leverage data insights to inform pricing strategies, assess margin impacts, and manage interest rate changes.
  • Lead change initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement, delivering impactful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in the banking industry, with business banking experience highly regarded.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable decisions.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
  • Experience with agile methodologies or other product management tools (highly desirable).
