  • Update daily cash balances and process transactions across multiple accounts
  • Record bank transactions for corporate accounts, manage accounts receivable balances and sales collections
  • Process deposits, online shop sales and credit card transactions in the invoice system

What You Need To Succeed
  • A strong background in accounting or bookkeeping, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience performing bank reconciliations and handling cash flow management
  • Familiarity with NetSuite (not essential)
  • Australian citizenship or full working rights in Australia
