People Operations Coordinator, Enterprise Software

To facilitate a seamless interview experience, we're seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with our team. This person will schedule interviews, work closely on projects, and develop their career in the fast-paced world of enterprise software.

We're looking for candidates based in Sydney or Melbourne to join our hybrid working model.

Responsibilities
  1. Partner with Recruiters to schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews
  2. Work closely with Hiring Managers to ensure a close partnership between Recruiting and departments
  3. Own candidate experience, ensuring timely communication throughout the interview process
  4. Use Applicant Tracking Systems to move candidates through the interview process and keep in close touch with candidates
  5. Greet candidates, make them feel welcome, and ensure on-site interviews run smoothly
  6. Arrange travel and accommodation for out of town candidates
  7. Assist with operational responsibilities, including job requisition creation and offer letter generation
  8. Support Recruiting Ops with projects on an ad-hoc basis
Requirements
  1. Outstanding organizational skills and superb attention to detail
  2. At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, administration, or a similar role
  3. Experience scheduling interviews and/or calendaring
  4. Ability to be a team player and work with multiple people at any given time
  5. Creative and process-driven, always looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
  6. You're a people person and like building relationships
  7. You have done your homework on MongoDB and recognize the outstanding things that are happening here
  8. Previous experience working in a Recruiting Coordinator role is advantageous
  9. This role requires some flexibility to attend to urgent candidate matters outside of working hours
