We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects, ensuring timely delivery, and providing exceptional support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Administration: Develop project work packs, ensure successful project delivery within set deadlines, and maintain quality control documents.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare project reports, convert quotes into client templates, and manage data entry in our database.
  • Procurement and Logistics: Source and procure materials as needed, utilizing strong computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with our Operation Team, providing high-quality assistance to clients and contributing to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Commitment to Safety: Strong commitment to safe working practices and adherence to company policies.
  • Technical Skills: Self-starter with advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills, including ability to create complex documents and spreadsheets.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Certifications and Background Checks: Current police check less than 30 days old.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of project administration and coordination principles, preferably gained through experience in construction or engineering.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time, permanent position based at Garden Island, Sydney.
