Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in the Sydney CBD office. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of strategic projects, maintaining timely project milestones and compliance.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and updating project schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables.
  • Preparing and managing project documentation, including contracts, reports, and meeting notes, to support stakeholder communications.
  • Tracking project expenditures and monitoring resource usage to promote efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Liaising with contractors and vendors for timely delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes.
  • Ensure project activities adhere to internal policies and standards.
  • Support quality checks to confirm deliverables meet client and stakeholder expectations.
  • Contribute to PMO reporting cycles, including data collection and submission.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project or Primavera.
  • Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality in all tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic financial literacy and understanding of budgeting principles.
  • Strong skills in preparing and managing documents, reports, and presentations.
