">Job Description:- Marketing and Growth Operations Manager
- Role Summary:
- We're seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Growth Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HubSpot, data-driven mindset, lead and sales process knowledge, digital marketing, project management, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- This role plays a key part in driving business growth through demand generation, integrated marketing campaigns, and marketing automation.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute demand generation and integrated marketing campaigns to drive new and existing business growth.
- Design and build HubSpot nurture campaigns and workflows tailored to Industry and Buyer Personas.
- Build automated workflows in Hubspot to support the Marketing, Sales, and Account Management processes.
- Own the Growth Operations roadmap, project managing improvements and working across departments to prioritise initiatives.
- Collaborate with Growth and Product teams to align marketing efforts with sales and customer retention strategies.
- Analyse and report on marketing performance, ensuring all campaigns drive conversions and deliver a strong ROI.
- Maintain our CRM and ensure accurate reporting.
- Requirements:
- Experience in fast-paced SaaS or tech startups.
- Thriving in an autonomous environment, learning quickly, and having a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Curiosity in exploring tools and adapting to evolving marketing strategies.
