Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business partners to deepen understanding of our products and ecosystem, empowering better decision-making through data-driven insights.
  • Develop clear, structured communication strategies to effectively convey business insights and data-driven stories.
  • Conduct strategic analysis and research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Create impactful data visualizations to translate complex results into actionable intelligence across the organization.
  • Design scalable automation solutions using SQL, dashboards, and other tools to drive efficiency and leverage throughout the organization.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering).
  • 4+ years of industry experience in data analytics.
  • Strong analytical and data skills, including expertise in SQL.
  • Effective communication skills to partner across the organization, articulate complex issues clearly, and present compelling findings to all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to navigate complex business requirements.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in fast-paced environments.
