
Brisbane Urban Development Specialist

We're seeking a proactive and experienced professional to join our Planning team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft proposals and provide high-quality advice to clients on land use, development capability, due diligence assessments, masterplans, and approval processes.
- Contribute to thought-leadership pieces that shape the future of cities and communities.
- Provide input into tenders and submissions for projects, working collaboratively with other professionals.
- Respond efficiently and clearly to internal and external clients.
- Work on strategic projects that will shape the future form and function of Brisbane SEQ and Queensland.
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications in urban planning or a related discipline are essential.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in statutory or strategic planning is desirable, ideally gained in a consultancy or state/local government environment.
- Strong capability in written and verbal communications and engagement with a variety of stakeholders.
- An appreciation and understanding of impacts and issues affecting land use and development.
