Senior Civil Engineer Position

This role is ideal for a seasoned civil engineer seeking to utilize their expertise in rail design and project delivery.

  • They will coordinate across civil and rail disciplines to deliver complex design solutions aligned with client expectations.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with major Australian rail clients and mentor junior team members.
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5–8 years of civil engineering experience, with a strong emphasis on rail design and project delivery.
  • Proven ability in design leadership, coordination, and integration across multiple rail disciplines.
  • Proficiency in digital engineering tools and workflows, such as BIM and CDE platforms.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or equivalent qualification is preferred but not essential.
