Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Manager to join our civil team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to the success of our business, working closely with the design team and construction team to develop coordinated and cost-effective designs.

The Opportunity

We have recently won a major opportunity on the Sydney rail network. We're looking for experienced engineers to join our team and work on various exciting rail projects in NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop coordinated and cost-effective designs
  • Prepare quality & systems engineering documentation and digital engineering deliverables
  • Support the sales leader to develop business opportunities
  • Maintain and develop client relationships and industry knowledge

Requirements:

  • B.Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years experience
  • Design and practical experience in an operating environment
  • Technical design background is preferable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of commercial arrangements and relationships
  • Strong practical knowledge of and commitment to health and safety in a railway operating environment
