Job Title: Customer Support Expertise

 

About the role:

We are seeking a customer support professional to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, responding to inquiries, and growing accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to website-generated enquiries
  • Quoting clients with accuracy, creativity, and great service
  • Learning the sales cycle and converting quotes to sales
  • Fielding incoming phone calls from new clients
  • Providing excellent customer service to our clients
  • Ad-hoc office duties as required

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A can-do attitude and reliability
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • An interest in learning all aspects of the sales profession
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Preferably 1 year of customer service experience
