The Role:

We seek a suitably experienced Scheduler to join us on a permanent full-time basis. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing care worker schedules to meet client needs
  • Addressing scheduling conflicts or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Documenting phone calls and communications related to career scheduling
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our scheduling process

We require someone with:

  • Experience in scheduling/rostering within the Age Care industry (desirable)
  • Intermediate computer literacy in using Microsoft Office programs and online systems
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize competing tasks

To be successful, you must hold:

  • Working with Children check
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certificate
