Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating, managing and resolving enquiries in a high-pressure environment, including escalation of issues.
  • Ensuring staff are working/rostered within EA and payroll reporting is ready for pay sign off.
  • Reallocating shifts, managing planned and unplanned leave and exceptions.
  • Managing base rosters within our Payroll system (Kronos) as well as ongoing, long- and short-term rosters.

This position offers an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents by providing exceptional support and care. As a Rostering Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing staff rotas, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience with a service coordination, scheduling or rostering role;
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills;
  • Experience within payroll administration;
  • Experience using Kronos Payroll system will be of particular advantage.
