About the Job

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our strategic grant programs that support youth engagement and development across NSW.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project management and grant administration, with exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate strategic grant programs to support youth engagement and development.
  • Provide expert advice on grant design, compliance, and strategic direction to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage complex projects and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, community organisations, and service providers.

  • Proven experience in strategic project management and grant administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex policy environments.
