Key Role: Senior Policy Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished individual to spearhead policy development and governance initiatives. This high-impact opportunity enables you to drive strategic change, foster stakeholder collaboration, and lead the way in lending commissions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive governance framework for lending commissions, ensuring quality assurance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Create and maintain infrastructure to support commission operations, driving process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design and execute commission uplift initiatives, from policy conception to implementation, delivering measurable results.
  • Provide expert guidance and resolution on complex commission queries, upholding exceptional customer service standards.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal departments and external partners, promoting cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working with Home and/or Business Lending Products is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated governance skills, coupled with a strong analytical mind and business acumen, are essential for success in this role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills enable effective relationship-building with internal departments and external partners.
