**Location**: Circular Quay
The Sir Stamford at Circular Quay, is a 5 star 105 room, 4 function room hotel located in the heart of Sydney CBD.
We are currently looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to take charge of our Food and Beverage operations.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager you will be accountable for the performance of all Food and Beverage outlets including Dining Room, Bar, and In-Room dining.
**To successfully fill this role you will need to have**:
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Proven experience in supervising staff
Ability to manage operating and labour costs
Proactive hands on approach
WHS Management
Exceptional customer service standards
Ability to build strong guest and client relationships
Flexible working hours and available to work morning, afternoon and evening shifts is essential. Along with weekends and public holidays
Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role or an Acting F&B Team Leader or Senior F&B Attendant within a 4 - 5 star Hotel environment
Excellent standards of personal presentation and grooming
Intermediate computer knowledge particularly in the use of MS Office including Outlook and Micros
Outstanding communication, written and verbal as well as interpersonal skills
Current NSW RSA Certificate
