Job Opportunity

The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) project requires an experienced Systems Administrator to provide daily user support, system maintenance and administration of applications. The role will be focused on delivering high-quality systems support, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance.

The primary applications include SharePoint, SAI 360, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Aconex and bespoke internal construction management systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive systems training and support to users
  • Collaborate with software development teams to ensure alignment with methodologies and concepts
  • Conduct thorough systems audits, testing and upgrades to ensure best practices are followed
  • Administer and manage the project SharePoint site to maintain a centralized repository of information
  • Foster strong relationships through proactive, professional communication and support
  • Drive efficiencies by demonstrating system functionality to enable high-performing teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate experience in similar systems/applications support roles, possess excellent communication skills, highly developed problem-solving and time management skills, a team focus and a strong desire to add value.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • A strong background in systems administration and application support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly SharePoint and Power BI
