Nursing Care Specialist

As an Assistant in Nursing (AIN), you will play a vital role in providing direct care and support to residents, assisting with daily living activities, and contributing to the overall comfort and well-being of patients under the guidance of our registered nurses.
About the RoleWe are seeking compassionate and dedicated AINs to join our clinical team on a part-time or casual basis. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing accurate documentation, and maintaining a caring and empathetic attitude towards residents.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and report on resident health status, including vital signs and general well-being.
- Support registered nurses in providing high-quality care.
- Maintain resident records and documentation in accordance with healthcare standards.
- Assist in resident mobility and positioning.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families.
A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification is required. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, as well as the ability to work as part of a team.
