We are seeking a skilled Home Care Nurse to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

About the Role

As a Home Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical and personal care to our clients in their own homes. You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and deliver holistic care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of our clients.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Provide clinical judgement, creativity, and sensitivity to deliver high-quality care.
  • Monitor chronic and palliative conditions, and provide wound care as needed.
  • Assist with personal care duties such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Provide emotional and social support to clients and their families.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An unrestricted nursing registration with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience in aged care and community home care is highly desirable.
  • A current First Aid Certificate and CPR certificate.
  • The right to work in Australia.
  • A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
