Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare meals in a sanitized environment, aligning with operational demands.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including all base ingredients and products.
  • Ensure food is presented according to menu specifications and kitchen protocols.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in a wide range of cooking techniques and equipment, including sautéing and braising.
  • Execute complex cooking tasks independently and assist with mise en place across various kitchen sections.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in high-volume culinary settings.
