About the Role

This critical role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and customer, helping us define and execute both go-to-market (GTM) and product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data-driven approach to shape our product strategy using market, customer, and competitor insights.
  • Messaging that translates technical features into compelling customer value propositions.
  • Go-to-market strategy and execution for new features and product updates, including launch plans, release comms, and sales enablement.
  • Competitive and market intelligence, maintaining a clear view of the market landscape, identifying customer needs and whitespace, and influencing product strategy with actionable insights.
  • Create high-quality content, such as pitch decks, landing pages, product one-pagers, onboarding emails, and in-app messaging.
  • Collaboration across teams, partnering with product, design, and engineering to refine positioning and deliver smooth launches; work with marketing and customer success to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Healthcare or AI experience is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling narratives from complex technical capabilities.
  • Strong market analysis skills and experience influencing product direction with customer and competitive insights.
  • Experience supporting product-led growth (PLG) with high-impact campaigns and in-product messaging.
  • Ability to work proactively in a startup or small-team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a deep sense of user empathy.
