About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced product strategist to lead our innovation efforts in the 4x4 & Cooper segments. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to develop and execute a strategy that drives business growth and improves customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Define and implement innovation strategies that support our overall business goals, leveraging data-driven insights and market analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and ensure successful outcomes.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably in the tire industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Familiarity with technical marketing communication, portfolio management, and budgeting processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure.
- Able to think strategically and make informed decisions based on data-driven insights.
- Demonstrated experience in driving business results through effective product management practices.
