Lead Salesforce Omnistudio Developer Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Salesforce Omnistudio Developer to join our software engineering team.

This critical role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions that deliver value to customers faster and ensure quality and reliability.

The successful candidate will be at the forefront of our business offering, working with design documentation and functional specifications to implement components, ensuring they are documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing, implementing, testing, and deploying complex custom-built solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Supporting and configuring Salesforce; establishing deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes.
  • Writing clean, maintainable Apex code as part of CI/CD workflows.
  • Applying Salesforce Best Practices using Apex and Lightning Framework.
  • Working with REST API integrations and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft).
  • Leading and collaborating with development teams to deliver solutions meeting business requirements.
  • Estimating development work and guiding technologies and objectives for stakeholders.
  • Contributing to solution architecture, testing, deployment, and automation initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will have a deep understanding of software development methodologies, practices, languages, frameworks, and tools. You will also have 7+ years of experience in the full Salesforce development lifecycle, including a minimum of 3 years of implementation experience in Vlocity Omnistudio components.

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce development methodologies and best practices.
  • 7+ years of experience in the full Salesforce development lifecycle.
  • Minimum 3 years of implementation experience in Vlocity Omnistudio components.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, practices, languages, frameworks, and tools.
