As a Software Engineering - Developer, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Your work will play a critical role in our business offering, delivering value to customers faster and ensuring quality and reliability.

You will work with design documentation and functional specifications to implement components. You will ensure components are documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration. You may architect solutions, test code, and help deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline.

You will provide work estimates for development tasks and help guide features, objectives, or technologies. Your contributions will impact our products, and you will collaborate with a team focused on innovation, creativity and excellence, driving innovation and ownership of your work while honing problem-solving, collaboration, and automation skills.

What You Will Do / Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and deploy complex custom-built solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Support and configure Salesforce; establish deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes.
• Write clean, maintainable Apex code as part of CI/CD workflows.
• Apply Salesforce Best Practices using Apex and Lightning Framework.
• Work with REST API integrations and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft).
• Lead and collaborate with development teams to deliver solutions meeting business requirements.
• Estimate development work and guide technologies and objectives for stakeholders.
• Contribute to solution architecture, testing, deployment, and automation initiatives.

Qualifications – Required Technical and Professional Experience

• Deep understanding of software development methodologies, practices, languages, frameworks, tools.
• 7+ years of experience in the full Salesforce development lifecycle.
• Minimum 3 years of implementation experience in Vlocity Omnistudio components.
• Experience designing, implementing, testing, and deploying complex Salesforce solutions.
• Experience supporting and configuring Salesforce; setting up deployment pipelines.
• Ability to write clean Apex code within CI/CD processes; Salesforce Best Practices with Apex and Lightning.
• Experience with REST API integrations and integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft).
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrating with internal/external applications.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (JIRA, Confluence, GitHub/GIT); CI/CD deployments.
• Azure DevOps knowledge is advantageous; Salesforce Public Sector experience is advantageous.
• Proven leadership skills guiding and motivating development teams to meet business requirements.
• Strong business acumen and customer-focused mindset; excellent communication with team and stakeholders.
• Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain Baseline security clearance.

Qualifications – Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent experience.
• Salesforce and OmniStudio certifications.
• Continuous learning mindset; problem-solving and decision-making abilities for software projects.
• 7+ years of Salesforce experience including OmniStudio.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Public Sector solutions.
