Enterprise OmniStudio Developer

As a skilled developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing OmniStudio solutions. Your expertise in Salesforce will enable you to create innovative applications that meet the business needs of our organization.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly with Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
Key aspects of this role include:
- Designing and implementing OmniStudio solutions including FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
- Customizing and configuring Salesforce to meet business objectives.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Providing technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Maintaining best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in OmniStudio components.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Australian citizenship is required.
