OmniStudio Developer (Contractual Role – Australia)

We are looking for a skilled OmniStudio Developer with strong Salesforce expertise to join one of Vanshiv's reputed clients in Australia. This role will focus on designing, developing, and optimizing OmniStudio solutions while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in OmniStudio components.
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce configuration & customization.
  • Exposure to Sales/Service/Experience Cloud is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen (eligibility requirement).
  • Location: Australia (Contractual Role)
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement OmniStudio solutions including FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration with Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Maintain best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
