Job Title: Product Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Lead who is a team player with exceptional communication and product expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the delivery of new products through discovery, definition, validated learning, iterative delivery, launch, post-launch tweaks and enhancements, and on-going development and management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and prioritize product roadmaps ensuring clear alignment across the business
  • Identify market needs and trends to inform product strategy
  • Analyse user feedback and behaviour for insights and improve products accordingly
  • Work with stakeholders including engineering and QA teams to guide product features, functionality, and quality assurance
  • Continuously assess product satisfaction and conduct competitive research
  • Manage the product development cycle from conception through launch
  • Ensure successful launch and go-to-market strategies for each product
  • Oversee the development of new products and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Product Owner or Manager preferably working in the financial services industry
  • Strong product expertise - experience with product development methodologies and best practices highly desirable
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills particularly important for engaging with customers
