Are you a passionate and experienced food innovator looking to take the next step in your career? The Role

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, the Senior NPD Developer will:

  • Lead the end-to-end development of new products, from concept to launch.

  • Oversee and mentor a Junior NPD team member.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, procurement and commercial teams.

  • Drive innovation within the ready meal and convenience food space.

  • Manage customer presentations, product costings, and critical paths.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in NPD within the food manufacturing industry.

  • Exposure to chilled/ready-to-eat or value-added food categories highly regarded.

  • Strong project management and communication skills.

  • Creativity, a solutions-focused mindset, and a drive to bring new ideas to life.

  • A background in food science, nutrition or culinary arts is preferred.
