Fleet Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned fleet manager to oversee daily operations in Adelaide. This individual will play a pivotal role in optimizing vehicle utilization and ensuring seamless coordination between clients, drivers, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of TRUCK job allocation and management
  • Effective management of drivers, vehicles, and owners across the fleet
  • Coordinating insurance claims and providing regular reports to clients
  • Provision of PODs and supporting documentation
Requirements:
  • Thorough knowledge of Adelaide suburbs and surrounding areas
  • Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong customer service focus with a team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage high volumes of tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in transport or logistics
