This is a highly sought-after role at SG Fleet AU, a leading company in the industry, offering a chance to join a rapidly growing team. The successful candidate will be part of the SG Fleet Financial Reporting & Analysis team, which is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting and analysis.

About the role at SG Fleet AU

The major responsibilities of this position include:

  1. Ensuring the accurate and timely production of the financial analysis for month end and preparing the month end reports.
  2. Responsible for preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, and monitoring performance against the targets.
  3. Building strong relationships with various stakeholders, including department heads, to understand their needs and provide tailored financial insights.
  4. Analyse financial trends and communicate findings & recommendations to the management.
  5. Responsible for preparing the product, customer, and segment profitability analysis.
  6. Collecting, organizing, and maintaining sets of data to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  7. Special projects modelling and insightful reporting.
  8. Train and share knowledge with other staff members when needed.
  9. Ad hoc reporting and other tasks as required.

Key skills and experience

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a FP&A Analyst or similar role, advanced Excel skills, excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills through the use of critical thinking, and attention to detail. They should also have excellent organisation and time management skills with an ability to prioritise, proven customer service and communication skills (written & verbal), and a tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or equivalent. Knowledge of Fleet Leading / Management (desirable) and build reports in Power BI (preferred) is also highly valued.
