Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance store appearance
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the outdoors, has excellent leadership skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in sales, visual merchandising, and inventory management.

You will be a team player who is able to motivate and inspire others to achieve their best. You will also be comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
