Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales and KPIs: As a Store Leader at Lorna Jane, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer experience, people development, merchandising, and operational functions of the store to deliver on store targets and KPIs.
  • Lead the Team: You will be responsible for recruiting, training, developing, and succession planning your team – we love to promote from within.
  • Manage Daily Operations: Manage daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and housekeeping.
  • Roster the Team: Roster your team in line with store trading.
