Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales and KPIs: As a Store Leader at Lorna Jane, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer experience, people development, merchandising, and operational functions of the store to deliver on store targets and KPIs.
- Lead the Team: You will be responsible for recruiting, training, developing, and succession planning your team – we love to promote from within.
- Manage Daily Operations: Manage daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and housekeeping.
- Roster the Team: Roster your team in line with store trading.
