We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Human Resources Advisor to join our national team at Liebherr-Australia Pty. Ltd. on an 18-month fixed-term maternity leave coverage assignment. Key Responsibilities
  • HR Service Delivery
    • Provide effective and timely HR and Industrial Relations services and advice to support the achievement of business objectives.
    • Develop and execute attraction, retention, and development activities to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
  • HR Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and implement innovative HR policies and procedures to drive business success.
    • Prepare reports, employment contracts, and presentations to support business decision-making.
  • Employee Relations and Support
    • Respond to HR and Employee Relations issues and problems in a timely and professional manner.
    • Maintain employee records on relevant databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Recruitment and Talent Management
    • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including job profiling, advertising, interviewing, and pre-employment checks.
    • Manage and monitor the utilization of HRIS systems to optimize recruitment and talent management processes.
  • Training and Development
    • Support the delivery of soft skills and leadership training programs to enhance employee capabilities.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of operational and strategic HR plans, policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Demonstrated experience in a HR Advisor or equivalent role.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legislation.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
