Key Responsibilities- HR Service Delivery
- Provide effective and timely HR and Industrial Relations services and advice to support the achievement of business objectives.
- Develop and execute attraction, retention, and development activities to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- HR Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement innovative HR policies and procedures to drive business success.
- Prepare reports, employment contracts, and presentations to support business decision-making.
- Employee Relations and Support
- Respond to HR and Employee Relations issues and problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain employee records on relevant databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Recruitment and Talent Management
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including job profiling, advertising, interviewing, and pre-employment checks.
- Manage and monitor the utilization of HRIS systems to optimize recruitment and talent management processes.
- Training and Development
- Support the delivery of soft skills and leadership training programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational and strategic HR plans, policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Education and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in a HR Advisor or equivalent role.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legislation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
